Project Integration Management entail making choices about resources allocation, making trade_offs among competing objective and alternative and managing the interdependencies among the project management KA (knowledge area). The project management processes usually presented as discrete processes with defi ned interfaces while, in practice, they overlap and interact.
Project Integration Management processes as follows:
Develop Project Charter: This process develop a document that formally authorizes a project (or phase) and documenting initial requirements that satisfy the needs and expectations of stakeholder.
Develop Project Management Plan: The process document the actions necessary to prepare, define, integrate, and coordinate all subsidiary plan.
Direct and Manage Project Execution: The process of performing the work were defined in the project management plan to achieve the objectives of project.
Monitor and Control Project Work: This process track, review, and regulate the progress to meet the performance objectives were defined in the project management plan.
Perform Integrated Change Control: This process review all change requests, approve changes, and manage changes to the deliverables, organizational process assets, project document and the project management plan.
