Develop Project Charter: This process develop a document that formally authorizes a project (or phase) and documenting initial requirements that satisfy the needs and expectations of stakeholder.
Develop Project Management Plan: The process document the actions necessary to prepare, define, integrate, and coordinate all subsidiary plan.
